We started E&M Data because businesses kept telling us the same thing: they needed real help with the day-to-day data, records, admin - but didn't want to take on a full-time hire to get it. So, we built something in between. You get experienced hands on your work, without the overhead. Whether it's one project or an ongoing arrangement, the approach is the same: accurate work, straight answers, and follow-through.

Principal, Business Development
Dara's spent more than 12 years building a reputation for careful, reliable data entry, spreadsheet cleanup, and admin support - work she's done independently for all kinds of clients. She also has more than 20 years of experience in real estate project management. At E&M Data, she leads marketing and business development.
Mike Carriero
Principal, Operations
Mike has more than 27 years of experience running real estate development and construction projects and brings that same approach to E&M Data projects. He oversees every client relationship, leads project delivery, and runs day-to-day business operations, making sure every engagement gets done right, on time.
